Job Description
As a Delivery Manager you'll lead one or more Agile software engineering teams across the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivering the vision and objectives with a particular focus on real-time airline and accommodation booking systems. You'll be instrumental in shaping ways of working, innovation and continuous delivery, supporting the team via stakeholder collaboration to ensure the team have clarity on goals. You'll remove blockers, manage dependencies, issues and risks, reporting to the team on progress, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
The company has continued to invest in technology throughout the past year and is in a good position for continued growth.
There's currently a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in the coming months you'll join colleagues in Kingston-upon-Thames for 1-2 days a fortnight with continued flexibility to work from home for most of the time.
Requirements:
*You have experience in a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master / Project Manager position
*You're able to cultivate high performing Agile software engineering teams
*You have experience of delivering multiple technical or digital projects using Agile / Lean methodologies
*You have a good knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
*You have advanced written and verbal communication skills; you're pragmatic and keen to develop others
