Job Description
As a Desktop Manager you'll be managing one Desktop Engineer whilst remaining hands on supporting internal users as well as some external clients. You'll ensure that desktop services across the company are working as they should be and will define and implement the strategic framework for internal and external IT communications, collaboration systems and software ensuring they are reliable, scalable and effective.
Based in London you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team. You will have the option to work from home 2 - 3 days a week.
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Desktop Manager or a Desktop Engineer who is now looking to move into a manager role
*Very good knowledge of Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Checkpoint
*Strong problem solving skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
