Job Description

Desktop Support Analyst (Windows Office365 SharePoint). Opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to take on a challenging and varied role within a growing financial services consultancy. This is a great position for someone who is looking to develop their career as you'll be encouraged to upskill, learn new technologies and will be offered support to complete courses and gain certifications / qualifications.

As a Desktop Support Analyst you'll be joining a support team of 6. You'' provide 1st line support to end users to ensure the IT equipment is performing to an optimal level. You'll analyse and troubleshoot hardware and software, escalating issues to the 2nd line support where necessary.

Based in London you'll be joining a friendly and supportive company who care about you reaching your full potential. The company offer 25 days holiday plus your birthday off and time off between Christmas and New Year.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within a Desktop Support Analyst or similar
*Knowledge of Windows OS and Office365
*Ideally you'll have experience with SharePoint and Outlook administration
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Good problem solving skills
*Keen to learn
