As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of technology support to approximately 1500 users across EMEA offices. You'll own and resolve technical issues, escalating if necessary and support desktop environments (Windows, MacOS), mobile devices and core applications. There's currently a backlog of tickets to work through, no two days will be the same.
There's a remote interview but then you'll be based at the City offices for the term of the contract (6 months likely to extend or could go perm); there's a friendly team environment and relaxed dress code.
*You have experience of supporting and using Windows 10 Enterprise, MacOS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and Symantec Endpoint Protection
*You have a good knowledge of Linux OS
*You have administrative experience with Office 365 admin centre, for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
*You have experience with iOS and Android Handset Support (Cisco Meraki experience as MDM solution)
*Ideally you will have an ITIL Foundation v3 Certificate in IT Service Management
*You have excellent communication / customer service skills
