Desktop Support Engineer (Windows MS Office365 Mac OS DHCP). Are you a keen technologist seeking a new challenge?

As a Desktop Support Engineer you'll work within the End User computing team, where you'll have the opportunity for hands on work across escalation response, systems support and project work.

You'll take ownership of Windows and MAC builds, AV solution for desktops, software and patch management systems, as well as administration of Cloud based collaboration tools, Office 365 and Google apps etc. This Desktop Support Engineer role is an ideal opportunity for someone with command line and scripting experience, looking to develop their skill base in a market-leading organisation.

Requirements:
*You've worked in a Desktop Support Engineer role and have a strong understanding of helpdesk system / escalation process
*You have experience with Windows 7 & 10 support, troubleshooting and Windows deployment services (Build maintenance WDS/MDT)
*You have experience with Remote User Support and Remote access technologies
*You have knowledge of network, DHCP, DNS and troubleshooting skills
*You're cyber security savvy, you understand contemporary threats and attack vectors and are able to configure and maintain antivirus software
*Desirable: you have strong scripting skills, you have experience using backup recovery software, supporting remote offices, experience with Sophos / VMWare / Snow Software / System monitoring (PRTG)
