DevOps Engineer (Linux Python Chef Puppet Ansible) *Remote Interview*. One of the world's most advanced technology companies is seeking a highly technical DevOps Engineer to join their team in Cambridge; you'll be working with an accomplished team and progressing your career with continual learning opportunities.
As a DevOps Engineer you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the technical founders of the business to enhance the platform, providing stability, pipeline automation and low level debugging. You'll partner with accomplished colleagues within the DevOps engineering team and coordinate input from multiple development processes, provide mentorship, advice and debugging as part of small, highly technical team.
Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with a gradual return to the office, likely to be in the new year. *Strong Linux Engineering / Systems Administration experience
*Able to script to automate solutions to common problems (e.g. Python or bash)
*Good working knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
*Familiar with version control systems (e.g. SVN / Git)
*Collaborative with good communication skills
*Degree educated, Computer Science or closely related discipline (STEM)
