As a DevOps Engineer you'll join a high-energy, newly formed team, supporting them to minimise the challenges associated with shipping, rapidly iterating and securing their applications. You'll collaborate with talented individuals business-wide to design and develop the cloud-based infrastructure at scale, using AWS, GCP, Docker and Kubernetes. You'll partner with developers to balance performance and resilience, in conjunction with automating build/deploy processes.
In this DevOps Engineer role you'll play a critical role in encouraging the adoption of best practices across the DevOps operation in the company, promoting the use of modern software practices and contributing to the future design and architecture solutions that will have a direct business impact.
This is an ideal opportunity for a tech-driven sports fan who is keen to work with new and emerging technologies.
*You have experience working with AWS technology (e.g. EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
*You have network infrastructure and CDN experience (e.g. Akamai, Limelight, Fastly etc.)
*You have strong working knowledge of Linux and scripting languages (e.g. Bash / Python / Ruby)
*You have experience using monitoring tools like Prometheus / AppDynamics
*You're a positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
*You're a sports fan!
