The organisation's core product is a market-leading, post trade automation processing software, used by industry innovators across sectors. Their core AI-based platform is powerful and highly intelligent, able to handle any type of data in any format to deliver automation of complex technical processes and optimising efficiency of their clients.
In this Front End Developer role, you'll play a critical role as part of a Scrum team, taking ownership for solutions from specification through to implementation and deployment. You'll gain exposure to highly successful development teams across the business to improve and extend the core platform, building prototypes into enterprise-grade working components as part of an ambitious development roadmap.
As a Front End Developer you'll be helping to shape the organisation's long term vision; forging strong working relationships with clients to understand challenges faced and working with Implementation and Sales teams to share knowledge and deliver the best features possible to customers. As well as strategy formulation, you'll also have opportunities to mentor and coach more junior members of your team in this Front End Developer role.
Requirements:
*You have a degree (BSc / MSc / PhD 2.1 or above) in a STEM subject discipline
*You have experience working with front end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
*You have knowledge of database programming using SQL
*You're familiar with solution design, from specification through to implementation and deployment
*You're a positive team player keen to keep pace with emerging technologies
*Desirable: you have software development experience (.NET Framework)
