Head of Professional Services. Are you a process driven problem solver with experience of managing Professional services teams? You could be joining a B2B software house and partnering with the COO to deliver a range of improvements.
As the Head of Professional Services you'll manage around 10-20 Team Leads and Technical Consultants to drive process change and improvement to improve productivity within the division. You'll collaborate with Portfolio managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction, facilitating regular review meetings with Project Managers, liaising with clients and acting as an escalation point. You'll set KPIs in line with company objectives and perform regular 1-2-1s with Team Leads, promoting training and career growth, salary reviews and recruitment of new team members.
Driven by technology this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures; going forward you'll be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
*Experience of managing and growing mid-sized Professional Services teams ideally within a software house / B2B environment
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to motivate and inspire well established Team Leads using a pragmatic approach; comfortable liaising with senior client stakeholders and able to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences; ability to foster and facilitate communication between teams
*Advanced analysis, problem solving and organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
*Tech savvy, ideally with a software development background with a good understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
