Help Desk Analyst Vienna to €45k *Remote Interview*

Help Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Engineer (Windows Linux). Would you like to work on complex and interesting systems that provide daily challenges; collaborate with a friendly and upbeat team and improve your skills via continual learning programmes whilst enjoying a good work / life balance?

As a Help Desk Analyst at this global FinTech business you will be responsible for providing end user support for Windows and Linux PC desktops and laptops as well as iOS and Android mobile devices. As part of a motivated and energetic team you will support the Vienna office from maintaining phone systems, room conferencing systems and printers through to identifying, logging and resolving technical problems with software applications or networks. You'll provide a high level of customer service to internal users and contribute to technical discussions to make the right technology choices for users and the business.

You'll be based in modern offices in Central Vienna; there's a great team environment with regular social / sports / team events as well as personalised training budget.

Driven by technology this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process (as well as the ability to work from home) during the current social distancing measures.

Requirements:
*Strong Windows client management and support experience; Linux experience also required
*Good working knowledge of hardware including PCs, laptops, firewalls, switches, wiring, data communications
*Self organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responses to changing priorities
*Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
*Motivated, keen to learn and provide excellent levels of service
