Job Description

Helpdesk IT Support Engineer (1st Line Windows). Opportunity for a talented Helpdesk Support Engineer to join a hugely successful technology company that produce a suite of products that are embedded into a range of devices to enable things such as GPS tracking.

As a Helpdesk IT Support Engineer your core focus will be to provide an exceptional level of 1st line technical support for users. A typical day for you will involve answering queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and seeing the issue through to resolution in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working alongside a talented and collaborative team within a growing company that will encourage you to reach your full potential as a Helpdesk Support Engineer.

Based in Barcelona you will be joining a company of around 100 people. You can work from home 3 days a week within this role.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within an IT Support role providing exceptional 1st line support
*Experience supporting Windows environments
*Friendly, personable, and excellent communication skills
*Strong problem-solving skills
*Fluent in German and English
