Job Description

Helpdesk Manager / Team Lead (Windows Office 365 VM Ware Citrix). Are you an experienced Helpdesk Manager who enjoys leading and developing others? You could be progressing your career at a Hedge Fund that invests in the sports betting markets.

As a Helpdesk Manager / Team Lead you will manage a team of seven 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk Engineers; with the focus on staff development and culture. You'll assess the current skillsets, interests and career aspirations of the Helpdesk team and help them progress via mentoring, training and upskilling to evolve into 3rd line, Infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the Helpdesk and ensure that request and incidents are resolved efficiently.

You'll be based in fantastic offices in a vibrant area of London with in-house gym and steam room, games room with pool tables and dart boards, library and free high quality catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner) from the onsite chef; with flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Requirements:
*You have a wealth of experience in similar Helpdesk Engineer / Manager / Team Lead positions
*You have a good knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, VMWare, Citrix XenApp
*You have advanced organisation and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
*You have strong analysis and problem solving abilities
*You have excellent communication and collaboration skills; are able to motivate and inspire others
