Job Description

IT Desktop Support Analyst (Windows Active Directory Exchange). Would you like to utilise your IT Desktop Support Analyst skills within a successful FinTech that use AI, Natural Language Processing and VoIP to provide trade surveillance software solutions? The company's software ensures that trading processes are conducted ethically by alerting companies if issues are detected and providing trade transcripts.

As an IT Desktop Support Analyst you will be supporting 110+ Windows users in the UK and Spain alongside one other IT Desktop Support Analyst. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all users have a seamless IT experience every day by logging, tracking and resolving any issues that arise and answering queries within a timely manner.

The company offices are based in Madrid, Spain.

Requirements:
*Previous experience providing IT / Helpdesk Support to a large user base
*Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Exchange
*Familiar with information security policies and standards
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Fluent in English
*Desirable: Linux, Mac
