Job Description
Successful FinTech is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to be responsible for responding to and resolving all incoming requests and incidents to the Service Desk (via email, portal and phone) in a professional and timely manner. Other responsibilities will include; ad hoc troubleshooting, setup, deploying and installing computer equipment including managing the desktop estate for around 250 users. You'll also be able to get involved with a major project to move to Office 365 and Azure in the coming year.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within an IT Service Desk role, used to working with SLAs and providing a high level of customer service
*Good knowledge of Windows 7
*Strong analysis and problem solving skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Ideally you will be SCCM certified and have
*Desirable: Exchange Server, SQL, Networking
