This company is seeking an ambitious IT Support Engineer with experience of supporting MacOS hardware to join their Technical Operations team. As an IT Support Engineer you'll provide first-tier online and in-person support to the office. You'll take ownership of troubleshooting tech issues (both in person and remotely) including helpdesk operations, configuring and deploying Macs and ensuring new joiners can integrate seamlessly.

You'll play an integral role in supporting the wider team to succeed. There is scope to progress in this role, and you'll have the chance to move towards more complex application support and networking.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive self-starter with a wealth of experience in supporting MacOS hardware and a good client/ business-facing character.

Requirements:
*You're degree educated (Computer Science or related discipline)
*You have commercial experience in an IT Support / helpdesk role, specifically working with MacOS
*You have a strong understanding of computer hardware (MacOS/ iOS)
*You are naturally analytical and a keen problem-solver
*You are a pragmatic, professional communicator who works well both in a team and independently
