As an IT Support Engineer you will join a global team responsible for the Microsoft SaaS, IaaS and on-premise estate; there's a broad scope of responsibilities from BAU through to project based work. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of technology including Hyper-V and Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and GCP; there's a collaborative team environment where you'll have you'll be able to contribute ideas and voice your opinion.
You'll be based in Cambridge (about a 20 minute walk from the local station and with regular shuttle bus; there's also parking available); there's a range of perks including free top quality catered lunch every Friday, social activities ranging from sports to board game nights; breakout areas and solo pods. You can work from home 2 - 3 days a week.
Requirements:
*You have commercial experience in a similar Infrastructure / Technical Support role
*You've got a good working knowledge of at least some of the following (keen to learn and work with): Office 365, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Veeam, Azure, Duo, Sophos, AWS, GCP
*You're enthusiastic, collaborative and have the aptitude and desire to learn
*You're likely to be degree educated or have commensurate experience
