Implementation Manager (Client Onboarding SaaS) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a tech savvy, senior Implementation Manager / Client Onboarding consultant with leadership experience seeking a new opportunity?
You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a successful SaaS software house with a market leading sales automation platform that is expanding its presence in the UK.
As an Implementation Manager you will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects with a focus on Client Onboarding; you'll liaise closely with customers to gather requirements, develop and execute effective and efficient onboarding strategies and troubleshoot any technical issues that are identified. You'll own your assigned projects across onboarding, troubleshooting, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
There's a remote interview and onboarding process and you can work from home 3-4 days a week; when you are in the office you can enjoy a really cool environment with all the latest kit and a roof top terrace.
- You have experience of managing multiple, concurrent Implementation and / or Client Onboarding projects in a SaaS environment at clients of varying sizes and complexity
- You have excellent analysis, planning, organisation and communication skills - you're able to build effective client relationships that add value
- You have experience of managing small teams, providing mentoring and 1-2-1s
