Job Description

Incident Manager (Security) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Incident Manager with a strong knowledge of IM processes, standards and tools?

You could be progressing your career at a fast growing global FinTech that is helping to disrupt the Pensions market place through the use of its advanced technology platform.

As an Incident Manager you will collaborate with the Cyber Security and DevOps teams to refine the processes and frameworks that are used when an incident occurs. You will develop and maintain an operational guide for managing incidents, refine incident severity definitions, establish a framework for improving post-incident action tracking and identify useful monitoring and alert tools. You will write documentation and communicate incident related technical and project and plans to various audiences.

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home; in the coming months you'll be based in modern, open plan London offices with all the latest kit and the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Requirements:
*You have a strong knowledge of Incident Management and associated tools
*You have experience of working for a product based tech company / software house with an understanding of Agile methodologies
*You have a thorough understanding of modern incident and problem management and are an advocate of automation
*You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
