Job Description

Infrastructure Engineer (Windows / Linux Virtualisation) *Remote Interview WfH*. Would you like to progress your career working with a modern tech stack?

You could be joining a global travel company in a role that will enable you to learn and take ownership.

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will join a small team responsible for ensuring delivery, implementation and support of IT Infrastructure solutions across the business including making sure that monitoring and alerting process are optimal and effective. You'll help manage the smooth running of production environments operating 24/7, ensuring that tickets and service levels are achieved. There are 1,300 Servers, mainly Windows but around a third Linux; the company has continued to invest in technology throughout the past year and is in a good position for continued growth. You'll gain exposure to DevOps / Infrastructure as Code environment using Terraform and Azure.

There's currently a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in the coming months you'll join colleagues in Leyland for 1-2 days a fortnight with continued flexibility to work from home for most of the time.

Requirements:
*You have 3rd line experience of supporting and maintaining Windows or Linux OS
*You have experience with VMWare and / or HyperV
*You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
