Junior Technical Support Engineer (Microsoft Office 365 Cisco) Market-leading internet service provider is seeking a proactive, tech-driven individual to join their collaborative team.

*Please note: if successful in this role you'll attend the office to complete your training. Once you have completed this and passed your probation, you'll have some flexible work opportunities, alongside visits to the company's data centres and client sites.

*You have commercial experience in a similar technical / IT support role
*You have excellent communication skills and a strong client-facing character
*You're a team player who can form robust working relationships with technical colleagues
*You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and a good understanding of telephony and broadband technologies
*You're familiar with cloud-based environments
*Knowledge of any of the following is advantageous (not mandatory as you will learn on the job) Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VMWare, Windows Server 2016/2019, Exchange Server and Cloud PBX or IP Telephony
