As a Lead Software Developer, you'll be responsible for guiding your wider team's development efforts to ensure successful project and sprint delivery, mentoring and developing them to improve growth and practices. As a senior team member you'll act as a critical point of contact, advocating learning and championing quality.
The ideal candidate will be an advocate of Agile methodologies, keen to make a positive impact on the wider development effort through proactive leadership with technical skills across the full stack.

*You have experience developing software using C# (supplemented by .Net Core)
*You have CI/CD experience (Jenkins experience a bonus)
*You're a practitioner of Scrum methodology
*You have leadership experience and are keen to progress your career in a hands-on leadership role
*You have excellent communication skills, able to form robust working relationships at any level of business
