Mathematician (Actuarial). Are you looking to utilise your mathematics skills, working on complex and interesting systems whilst continually learning and progressing your career? You could be joining one of the world's largest and longest established Actuaries.
As a Mathematician you will join the Pensions team. From day one you'll be involved in a wide range of client projects; you could be working on the mapping of various pension commitments using in-house tools, creating actuarial assessments of customers' annual financial statements and using the latest methods to analyse large amounts of data and processing them to reveal insights. You'll be working at the conjunction of corporate strategy, HR policy, tax and labour law, financial mathematics and technology. You'll be supported to continually develop your skillset, learning on the job.
You will be based in Reutlingen in modern, open plan offices; there's a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance with flexible working hours and 30 days annual leave.
*You have completed your studies to degree level (or equivalent) in Mathematics
*You have strong analysis and problem solving skills
*You're genuinely interested in mathematical theory and have ideas about how this can be applied to real world scenarios; proactive keen to experiment and learn
*You have fluent German language skills and good level of English
*You're able to work in Germany without visa restrictions
As a Mathematician you will earn a competitive salary (to €85k) plus bonus and benefits package.
