Job Description

Principal Product Manager (Agile). Do you have a wealth of Product Management experience? You could be accelerating your career at a global FinTech that has been consistently voted as one of Britain's top employers.

As a Principal Product Manager you will head up a geographically dispersed multidisciplinary team of BAs, Project and Product Managers, providing line management and guidance (team size around 8). You will work closely with technical teams, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of the development and planning of customer onboarding and engagement projects. You will define and drive the onboarding and servicing strategy roadmap to evolve the product vision and prioritisation of key outcomes; set, monitor and review features and KPIs.

You'll utilise your knowledge of trader behaviours and activities, partnering with stakeholders to define the roadmap and contribute to development priority decisions. You'll analyse product feedback and identify trends and issues to find suitable solutions; continually monitoring key metrics for live products and projects to assess the success and suggest optimisations, promoting a culture of innovation and data driven decision making.

*You're an experienced Product Manager with experience of applying Product Management principles in real world settings
*You're able to coach and manage a dispersed team, inspire and motivate and drive best practice
*You're an advocate of Agile methodologies
*You're a data driven decision maker
*You're a confident, pragmatic and approachable communicator
*You're likely to be dree educated although this isn't essential
