Product Designer (Senior UI UX JavaScript). Are you an accomplished Product Designer looking for an opportunity that balances hands on creative involvement with leadership responsibilities? As a Product Designer you join the talented and highly collaborative Product Team, playing a critical role in the continuous improvement of the industry leading products.

In this Product Designer position you'll lead design workshops with clients and mentor more junior colleagues. You'll be granted the freedom to improve existing design and development practices as you see fit, taking ownership of your work in an exciting, fast-moving environment.

There will be plenty of opportunities for hands on design work, from designing and branding different versions of the applications' UI to creating style guides and graphical assets or wireframes / prototypes for different platforms, you'll have an exciting range of work to get stuck into.

*You have experience in a Product Design position, skills in UI/UX design and experience in creating products end-to-end
*You're highly proficient with Sketch, Invision and other design tools
*You have experience creating sketches / concepts / user journeys / wireframes and navigational prototypes
*You have strong communication skills and are able to translate complex design concepts to a variety of audiences
*You're able to balance creative flair with a strong understanding of the technical realities of development
*You're inquisitive and tech-driven, unwilling to compromise on detail and excited by innovative and well-designed user interfaces
