Product Support Analyst / Application Support (SWIFT.Net SAA SAG CREST DAX Linux). Are you an experienced Product Support Analyst, looking for an opportunity to support the operation of a leading-edge primary system in a global company?
International Investment Management firm is seeking an accomplished, process-driven Product Support Analyst to bridge the gaps between stakeholder vision and technical development realities. The organisation is one of Europe's largest asset managers and a major global investor, with assets under management of £1.1tn.
In this Product Support Analyst role, you'll play a critical role in client and stakeholder management, ensuring the services provided by development teams meet the requirements of technical excellence. You'll navigate complex or business-critical issues and requests, maintaining the integrity of systems and ensuring all incidents are recorded and resolved quickly.
Calling upon your industry experience, you'll proactively implement improved processes where you see fit, working in a consultancy capacity to advise business and technical solutions and take ownership of encouraging best practice at all levels of business. *You're educated to degree level, 2.1 (or above, BSc, MSc, PhD) in Computer Science or a relevant field, or have equivalent experience
*You have recent experience in the latest versions of SAA / SAG / HSM / SWIFT.Net / WebPlatform
*You have good knowledge of CREST DAX / SWIFT MT / MX message types
*You have experience in managing and configuring IBM, MQ v8 and v9
*You have experience in Linux scripting using Bath, KSH, Python
*You have relational database development skills in SQL
*You have experience of full support lifecycle activity, such as technical documentation, User Cases, activity diagrams, QA and test cycles
