Project Manager (CRM Client Engagement Implementation) *Hybrid WfH*. Do you have excellent client facing, organisation and planning skills? You could be progressing your career in a senior role at one of the UKs leading CRM providers.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of client projects and implementations; you'll manage the schedule and costs across client implementation projects - working with the team to manage resources and ensure timely delivery. You'll take a lead in consulting engagements and manage all aspects of delivery; overseeing configuration, delivery, testing, training and ultimately client acceptance of delivered solution. You will help to mentor and guide Implementation Consultants and establish / develop best practices, reusable toolkits and templates for efficient and effective project delivery.
The company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process going forward you'll have a mixture of WfH, office based and client site visits.
Requirements:
*You have experience of working with clients from requirements analysis through to solution delivery
*You're able to manage several concurrent projects, ensuring they are being carried out effectively by the team
*You have a good knowledge of current CRM solutions on the market, ideally you will have experience with data migration or integration projects
*You're adept at forming strong and effective working relationships
*You're a confident and pragmatic communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
