This is an exciting venture for an ambitious Quantitative Analyst to play a key role in improving processes across their financial trading room. The organisation boasts a range of cutting-edge FinTech products, and in this Quantitative Analyst position you will be directly analysing client performance and the efficiency of hedging processes in these products.
Not only will you have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, you'll lead them through development and testing, through to business readiness and acceptance. You'll make an impact from the start, from evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement to designing and implementing programmes with a focus on improving trading room efficiency and increased profitability.
This Quantitative Analyst position would suit a tech-driven individual who has a strong understanding of developmental processes, specifically in C# .Net. You'll be supported to reach your potential, with opportunities for career growth with internal training, combined with fully funded participation in external courses.
You'll join St Albans-based offices, where you can enjoy a relaxed but professional atmosphere and flexible work opportunities, including work from home for part of the week.
As a Quantitative Analyst you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £60k) plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus.
Requirements:
*You're a strong mathematician and have a Maths (or mathematical-based) degree
*You have programming experience in C# .Net (SQL advantageous)
*You are a keen problem solver, adept at dealing with quantitative-based problems
*You're a confident, self-assured communicator who can construct robust working relationships at every level of business.
