First of all, (and unlike many of our competitors) we have a split-desk approach. This means you won't have to prioritise cold calling clients, writing job adverts or editing candidate's CVs - we have specialist teams to take care of that for you. This means you can dedicate your time to finding candidates from our huge database, assisted by your LinkedIn Recruiter seat.
Becoming a Recruitment Consultant at Client Server is like having your own business, without the risk of setting up on your own. With uncapped commission and quarterly incentives (approximately £3k in prizes, on top of commission) you'll work with purpose and quickly reap the rewards of your hard work.
