Job Description
The company has recently undergone a transformation to the Salesforce Lightning platform; as a Salesforce Administrator / Application Support Engineer you will support the delivery team to deliver end-to-end customer implementation projects, configuring Salesforce.com to meet user requirements for the new strategic model. You'll handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, data maintenance, security set-up, validations, formula fields, assignment rules, sharing rules etc. and produce technical documentation for custom development and systems integration requirements.
You will collaborate with internal teams on complex support issues and manage assigned cases, post implementation support and solve user and system issues in an efficient manner. You will create test scripts and perform QA, System Integration and UAT testing.
There's a remote interview and onboarding process and the ability to work from home in time you'll join a collaborative team environment based in high profile City offices for two days a week with the rest of the week working remotely.
Requirements:
*Significant Salesforce experience, must have completed at least one full end to end product lifecycle
*Salesforce Certified Administrator
*Experience of providing technical support
*Experience with legacy systems and 3rd party API integrations
*Excellent communication skills
