Job Description

Scrum Master (Agile Software Development) *Remote Interview WfH*. You could be progressing your career at a highly successful software house that provides TV streaming products / applications to a range of broadcasters and media providers.

As a Scrum Master you will work closely with cross functional project teams to plan and deliver the flagship product for a well-known client base; you'll ensure the team is focussed and protected from outside interruptions and distractions, clear obstacles (collaborating with other teams) and help develop relationships within the team. You'll facilitate communication via Agile ceremonies and work with stakeholders to report progress.

Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with 1-2 days a week WFH going forward, when you are in the office you'll be based in a fashionable area of London with plenty going on, cool modern offices with casual dress code and the latest kit.

Requirements:
*You have experience as a Scrum Master within a Product focussed environment ideally at a start-up or SME
*You have a good technical understanding of things such as the full software development lifecycle, API development and cloud services
*You have a good knowledge of Scrum / Kanban agile methodologies
*You're a skilled communicator, able to get the best of people via coaching and mentoring, pragmatic when managing stakeholders
*You have experience with project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
