Job Description

Senior Service Desk Analyst (Windows Active Directory DMS iManage DNS VMware). Hugely successful high profile law firm is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their team. You'll be working alongside a friendly, relaxed and supportive team within a company that has been voted as one of the 'Top 100 Best Companies to work for'.

As a Senior Service Desk Analyst you'll work as part of the Infrastructure Team providing 3rd line technical support to provide resolutions for technical issues reported to the Service Desk. A number of your responsibilities will include; troubleshooting all technology issues escalated by the 1st / 2nd Line team, mentoring junior members of the team, logging tickets and responding to mailbox tickets and escalating incidents to the Technical Escalations Analysts.

Based in London, you'll be joining a friendly and professional team. You can work from home up to 2 days a week.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within a Service Desk Analyst role providing 3rd line support
*Good knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 environments
*Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, DHCP, DNS and VMware
*Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) such as iManage
*Previous experience mentoring a team
*Ideally Degree educated
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
