Service Delivery Manager (JIRA AWS Docker Git MySQL). Pioneering financial services company is seeking process-driven Service Delivery Manager with ambition to rival their own, to take ownership of overhauling their support operation.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will essentially be responsible for enhancing, implementing and managing the support processes, company-wide. You'll take the lead on defining and documenting support processes and procedures, ensuring they adhere to the respective SLAs, and will produce reports related to the support SLAs and environment uptime.
Not only will you make an impact by optimising the workflow efficiency, from managing and prioritising raised tickets, to coordinating support rotas and defining delivery of client facing documents, but you'll also have the opportunity to forge strong working relationships with key clients, acting as a critical point of contact.
Requirements:
*You have experience in a Service Delivery role, you understand the flow and management of client support processes to a high standard
*You have experience managing SLAs
*You're familiar with the following technology: AWS, Docker, Git, MySQL
*You're a confident, self-assured communicator who is comfortable working with key stakeholders at all levels of business
*You're detail-oriented and a strong ability to prioritise competing demands effectively
*Beneficial: knowledge / experience with JIRA
