Job Description

Service Delivery Manager (Incident Management) *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a tech savvy Service Delivery Manager, seeking a role where you can take ownership and make an impact? You could be joining a fast growing FinTech solutions provider that are enabling traditional high street banks to compete with the challenge from tech driven rivals.

As a Service Delivery Manager you will join a small team responsible for driving the speedy restoration of IT services experiencing interruption, performance or stability issues; you'll take ownership and ensure metrics are proactively monitored, analysed and reported on against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You'll utilise your experience of managing major incidents to coordinate responses, work with 3rd parties and ensure that client communication is first class. This Service Level Manager role will allow you to take ownership and drive improvements, there's great scope for career progression and you'll be supported to reach your full potential.

Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / process and 100% work from home likely to be until Spring 2021, when you'd be expected to join the team in the Leeds office; where you can enjoy a great team environment with spacious dining area, continuous supply of breakfast, snacks and drinks as well as games rooms and quiet spaces.

*You have experience in an Incident Management role within a large technology team with a broad range of knowledge
*You have a methodical approach to problem solving, a logical mindset and a calm approach
*You have experience of delivering improvements and innovation
*You have a good knowledge of ITIL, ideally with certification
*You have a good understanding of cloud based environments
*You're able to communicate effectively with internal and client stakeholders
*You're self-organising, able to work on multiple concurrent projects to tight deadlines
*Ideally you will have experience with Service Management tools (e.g. Zendesk, ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy, Hornbill)
