As a Service Desk Analyst you will be joining a growing team where you'll provide 1st / 2nd line IT support to internal users across the UK and Europe. You'll be using Zendesk to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve a range of IT issues including password resets, printer setups, accessibility management and hardware repairs.
Based in Farnborough, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team.
*Previous experience within a Service Desk Analyst role or similar
*Experience with Office 365 administration
*Ideally you'll have experience with Active Directory and AWS
*Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Desirable: experience with Zendesk
