As a Service Desk Engineer, no two days will be the same. You'll play a critical role in supporting the company's daily operation, taking ownership of troubleshooting any first level support, utilising Jira to manage and track tickets, manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions.
You'll cover all internal support, execute routine scheduled checks and configure hardware and software for new employees and manage permissions on software, ensuring best practices are consistently met across all areas of your work.
*You have experience in a service desk role or technical call centre experience
*You have first-rate time management skills and are able to prioritise tasks effectively
*You have good working knowledge of business practices, understanding internal / external systems and adhere to processes
*You're excellence-oriented and have an open approach to learning new skills and technologies
*You're a positive team player, committed to giving the best customer service possible
*Desirable: exposure to ITIL is an advantage
