Job Description

Service Desk Engineer (Microsoft Windows OS Citrix SQL). Opportunity to join a long standing Microsoft partner and technology consultancy and progress your career whilst enjoying a range of perks such as onsite gym and playroom.
As a Service Desk Engineer you will provide support to internal users both onsite and remote working. You'll receive calls / tickets and manage them through to resolution using online Service Desk to handle support calls, providing a consistently professional service. You will also assist with hardware builds (laptops and desktops) and application installation via Microsoft SCCM and liaise with 3rd party suppliers.
This Service Desk Engineer role presents an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a highly technical environment. You'll be based in modern offices in Leatherhead with free onsite parking, 10 minute walk from the mainline rail station.
*Experience in a similar Service Desk Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer role
*Good knowledge of Windows OS: Windows 10; Windows 2012; Windows 2016
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Skype for Business
*Experience with first line PC maintenance (e.g. replacing PC memory, hard disks, graphics cards)
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
