Job Description

Service Level Manager (ITSM ITIL Zendesk) *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a tech savvy Service Level Manager, seeking a role where you can take ownership and make an impact? You could be joining a fast growing FinTech solutions provider that are enabling traditional high street banks to compete with the challenge from tech driven rivals.

As a Service Level Manager you will join a small team responsible for driving the speedy restoration of IT services experiencing interruption, performance or stability issues; you'll take ownership and ensure metrics are proactively monitored, analysed and reported on against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Your responsibilities will include configuration of the ITSM tool including making recommendations and implementing improvements. You'll manage and report on the delivery of L1 Service Desk metrics and ensue that the team are aware of constraints on service provision and best approach on operational issues ensuring service availability within agreed timescales in accordance with the SLA.

This Service Level Manager role will allow you to take ownership and drive improvements, there's great scope for career progression and you'll be supported to reach your full potential.

Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / process and 100% work from home likely to be until Spring 2021 with 3-4 days a week WFH thereafter. Requirements:
*You have experience in a similar operational support role with a good knowledge of Service Management tools (e.g. Zendesk, ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy, Hornbill)
*You have experience of delivering improvements and innovation
*You have a good working knowledge of ITIL
*You're able to communicate effectively with internal and client stakeholders
*You're self-organising, able to work on multiple concurrent projects to tight deadlines
