Service and Operations Support Manager *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you tech savvy and customer focussed? You could be joining a technology company within the smart home energy space that uses Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques to provide meaningful data insights and enable remote energy controls.

As a Service and Operations Support Manager you will act as the conduit between the customer and the software development team. You will ensure that the needs of both direct customers and partners are met; you'll gain an indepth understanding of the product and utilise this to facilitate bespoke development for clients and identify new service level and business opportunities, supporting the pre-sales team. You'll liaise with the development team and ensure that client requirements are fully understood, managing strategic projects to ensure smooth delivery and that any technical issues that arise are resolved quickly and efficiently. There's lots of client interaction, you'll represent the company and provide customer training, travelling to customer sites in the UK and as the role progresses also in Europe.

You'll be joining an energetic, collaborative team based in Cambridge. The technology is being used for a range of "tech for good" purposes including allowing relatives to monitor elderly relatives in the home and control devices on their behalf.

Driven by technology this company is able to conduct a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week going forward.

Requirements:
*Ability to create and articulate technical solutions to customers at all levels and explain technical concepts in layman's terms
*Advanced organisation skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and see through to delivery
*Experience of managing client relationships
*Ideally you will have knowledge of the sales cycle process, lead qualification, strategy development, business modelling or sales channel creation
*Degree educated in a STEM subject
