Job Description

Site Reliability Engineer / SRE (Linux AWS CI/CD Java Golang Python Docker). Are you an experienced Site Reliability Engineer looking for a technically challenging role where you'll be able to make a real impact? You could be part of a brand new SRE team within hugely successful company that are currently investing a lot into their technology.

Technology driven software house that provides a real-time data platform for the shipping industry is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their new SRE team. You'll monitor applications, services and systems to ensure that clients are given the highest level of availability and performance whilst proactively ensuring the stability and scalability of services. You'll take responsibility for introducing development self-service, developing efficient pipelines and standardising deployment ensuring it is efficient and reliable. As you will be one of the first hires within the team you'll be able to make a real impact and help shape the SRE function.

This role is currently fully remote, however you will be expected to work in the London based offices 2 days a week from September. You can enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and a 10% bonus.

Requirements:
*Experience within a SRE role managing a platform
*Production environment experience
*Strong Linux, AWS and CI/CD skills
*Understanding of Java, Python or Golang (with some coding ability)
*Good understanding of Docker
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
