Job Description

Software Tester (API Postman JavaScript Microservices Web Testing). Are you an experienced Software Tester looking for a challenging role within a hugely successful tech company that have revolutionised the way people find properties?

As a Software Tester you'll be working within the web delivery team who work on several client and server side applications built using Microservices. You'll take ownership of driving a quality focussed approach, encouraging developers and more junior QAs to adhere to best quality software practices. The website gets a huge volume of traffic every day and therefore you'll need to proactively seek out ways to make the team's QA processes as efficient and reliable as possible.

Based in London you'll be joining a friendly and supportive company that offer a comprehensive benefits package including; a brand new Mac laptop upon joining, dedicated time to work on your personal projects, health insurance, pension, cycle to work scheme and 25 days holiday.

The position is currently remote, however you'll be expected to work in the office 3 days a week once they reopen.

*Previous experience as a QA Test Engineer
*Experience testing the backend of websites with very high volumes of traffic
*Experience of API testing using Postman
*Previously tested Microservices environments
*You are passionate about technology and quality assurance and enjoy attending tech conferences and upskilling in your own time
*Capable of mentoring more junior members of the team
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
