Job Description

Support Analyst (Windows Office365 Active Directory). Opportunity for a bright Support Analyst to take on a varied Support Analyst role within a global investment management firm. You'll gain exposure to a range of technologies and will be able to learn new skills on the job such as AWS, Azure and Vmware.

As a Support Analyst you'll provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to the UK team and a number of the global offices. You'll handle diverse support requests and will be responsible for; monitoring complex in-house systems, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange management, desktop PC upgrades and server upgrades and deployments.

Based in London, a short walk from the station, you will be joining a friendly, highly intelligent and collaborative team. You will be able to work from home 1 day a week.

Requirements:
*Commercial experience within a Support Analyst or similar type of role
*Experience with Office365, Windows, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
*A keen interest in support and desire to learn new skills and technologies
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*A quick learner and good initiative
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
