Support Engineer / Junior DevOps (Linux Java CI/CD) *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a motivated technologist seeking a role where you can develop your skills and move towards a DevOps position?

You could be joining a technology ISP and working on complex and challenging systems. As a Support Engineer you'll join the development team in a support capacity, investigating and fixing 2nd / 3rd support queries. You'll work closely with developers to dive into the code, gaining valuable Java / Groovy scripting and coding skills and will help to drive the transition to a DevOps automation environment with CI/CD.

This Support Engineer role is an excellent opportunity to enhance and develop your skills in a supportive technology driven environment. You'll be based in modern offices in the beautiful City of Bristol with lots going on in the local area and excellent transport links.

Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with flexibility going forward.

*Experience as a 2nd / 3rd line Support Engineer
*Good knowledge of Linux OS and basic networking
*Familiar with Agile development methodologies / working practices e.g. Pair Programming, TDD / BDD
*Collaborative with good communication skills, keen to learn and progress
*Familiarity with Python, Java, Golang or Groovy nice to have
