Job Description
As a Support Engineer you'll be working closely with the development and testing teams, taking responsibility for investigating any 1st and 2nd line problems that occur with the platform; supporting queries, fixing bugs, finding solutions and seeing the issue through to resolution.
Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as fulltime work from home for the foreseeable with the expectation to be office based 2 days a week going forward.
Requirements:
*Strong Linux OS experience including Linux Sys Admin and Linux command line skills
*Good SQL database skills
*Strong problem solving / bug fixing skills and able to see issues through to resolution
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Keen to learn new skills
