Job Description

Support Engineer (SIP VoIP Linux OCOM Loki BroadSoft) *Remote / WfH*. Do you have experience with SIP / IP Networking technology? You could be progressing your career as a Technical Support Engineer at a leading technology solutions provider.

As a Support Engineer you will handle support issues raised via email, phone or ticketing system; you'll follow most issues through to resolution yourself and also liaise with 3rd part suppliers to escalate problems. You'll take ownership, solving complex problems and ensure your work is well documented.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process; you can work from home the majority of time but may need to visits clients or the office from time to time.

Requirements:
*Experience in a similar Technical Support Engineer position
*Good knowledge of SIP, IP Networking, VoIP and IP telephony
*Good knowledge of Linux
*Collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
*Ideally you will also be familiar with: Polycom, Cisco, Yealink IP devices, BroadSoft Broad, Oracle, AudioCodes
