Systems Support Engineer (SQL Linux CRM). Would you like to progress your career working on complex systems for Malta's leading telecommunications providers?
As a Systems Support Engineer you'll be an instrumental part of the Billing team with responsibility for building and maintaining the in-house CRM systems regarding pricing and billing information. Daily tasks could include identifying and recommending solutions to complex systems issues; assessing and verifying charging rates; supporting revenue assurance and audit teams; liaising with 3rd party vendors on new functionality, system upgrades and roadmaps as well as pro-actively identifying opportunities for improvement to the overall system.
You'll join a collaborative, upbeat team based in Birkirkara, Malta (please note: the company is able to offer relocation assistance to EU citizens but cannot sponsor visas).
Requirements:
*Strong knowledge of SQL, ideally with experience on Oracle databases (PL/SQL)
*Good working knowledge of Linux OS
*Advanced analysis and problem solving skills
*Good level of English language communication skills
