The company is a global leader in their field, dedicated to digital video broadcasting and streaming with unparalleled viewer experience. They are looking for a Technical Account Manager to help shape the core products and broader strategic vision.

As a Technical Account Manager, your primary focus will be to support global content owners and media rights-holders, offering innovative, scalable software platforms that assist them connecting directly with their fans. You'll be involved in solving a broad range of challenges, supporting a rapidly growing sector of the business.

You will work with closely with content owners, translating their ideas into product features, driving incremental improvements where possible, promoting best practices and providing clarity on the wider digital ecosystem they exist within. In this Technical Account Manager position, you will take ownership of critical project management responsibilities, maintaining client integration timelines and championing the central platform and feature-set to a variety of audiences.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high quality work, unwilling to compromise on detail and go above and beyond to meet customer requirements. As a Technical Account Manager you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £70k) plus benefits. You'll be based at modern offices in West London.

Requirements:

*You have Technical Product / Account Management experience
*You have experience working as a technical (non-development) contributor to an engineering led organisation
*You have experience working in software engineering, contributing to basic digital product design
*You are naturally analytically minded and a keen problem solver
*You are a committed, positive team player, interested in being involved in a dynamic team
