Job Description

Technical Account Manager / Consultant (Excel SQL) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you tech savvy and customer focussed? You could be progressing your career and making a real impact at a technology driven FinTech.

As a Technical Account Manager you will focus on supporting clients; you'll collaborate with Client Engagement Managers to identify areas of improvements and new opportunities, perform product demonstrations, organise webinars and run workshops to scope out new customer requirements or review customer configurations. You will also be hands-on with troubleshooting issues and solve client challenges when they arise.

The company are currently working fully remotely, when you do return to the office / client sites they'll be flexibility to work at home part of the week (2-3 days); there's a friendly and supportive team environment with great career progression opportunities, you'll be supported to reach your full potential in the role.

Requirements:
*You have experience in a client facing customer focussed role and are skilled at building close working relationships
*You're comfortable writing SQL queries, and have solid experience building complex Excel spreadsheets for transforming / visualising data
*You have advanced analytical and problem solving skills
*You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
