Job Description

Technical Business Analyst (Client Onboarding APIs) *Remote Process* Pioneering FinTech is seeking a technically-sharp Business Analyst to join their rapidly growing team and help define an approach at the forefront of innovation in banking.

They have created a cutting-edge, data centric, SaaS Cloud based banking platform that is set to shake the foundations of the banking industry and provide a next-generation experience for their clients.

In this Technical Business Analyst position you'll work directly on the customer onboarding portion of the core platform. Here, you'll liaise with multiple feature teams, collaborating across the design function and product ownership, shaping the roadmap design, constructing a high level overview of features and epics to inform the product backlog.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll act as both a technical and business pivot; informing the technical and business landscape models to ensure that a cohesive end-to-end design can be maintained. Through gathering functional, non-functional and technical requirements you'll help produce meaningful user stories and champion the platform.

*Please note: this company is able to conduct a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. You'll be based at offices in the heart of the City in due course, with some continued flexible work opportunities*

*You have a successful track record as a Technical Business Analyst within a digital delivery environment
*You have notable experience working with B2B Client Onboarding
*You have strong experience working in Financial services
*You have expert working knowledge on APIs (API specification and data modelling)
*You're highly experienced in requirement elicitation, writing epics / user stories with acceptance criteria using BDD / TDD
*You're a confident, self-assured communicator who can professionally manage stakeholders
