Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst you will act as a conduit between the software, product, sales and client delivery teams; driving feature requests and transforming these into user stories with achievable acceptance criteria. You'll gather requirements from end users and stakeholders via requirements gathering and processes modelling workshops; conduct requirements analysis and verification; develop use case scenarios and process flow diagrams; participate in peer reviews and help create prototypes and wireframes to assist with the development of software solutions. You will also help support the test strategy and plan to ensure appropriate and efficient coverage as well as managing the user acceptance criteria and testing efforts.
The core product is a highly complex real-time insurance Risk platform used globally by the majority of insurers worldwide.
You will be based in Reigate in modern, open plan offices within a five minute walk of the station; there's a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.
Requirements:
*Strong Business Analyst experience within a SaaS environment
*Ability to carry out contemporary requirements engineering using Agile methods (including having experience working with Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria)
*Experience of liaising with high profile engineering teams
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills including stakeholder management experience
*Likely to be degree educated
*Finance / insurance domain experience is advantageous but not essential
