Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst you will work closely with the business and Agile software development teams to define requirements, feed the features and prioritise engineering backlogs with a particular focus on hotel booking systems which require complex API schemas. You'll manage a team of four BAs, help to manage resource allocation and capacity planning, define success criteria and manage risks, bridging the gap between Product, IT and the wider business, collaborating with various internal clients.
There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; you'll join colleagues in the Kingston office for three days a week with the other two work from home if desired.
Requirements:
*You're an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager
*You have travel industry experience - particularly in the are of hotel booking / bedbanks
*You have a good technical knowledge of API schemas (e.g. XML or JSON)
*You have a good knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
*You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
